If there is a need to carry out activities connected with the thesis work (final paper) or with a particular didactic activity outside the UniTrento  structures, it is necessary to extend the insurance coverage.

In order to do this it is necessary to fill this APPLY by attaching

• the request to start the activity issued by the teacher responsible for the activity or, in case of activities financed by the Department, the declaration signed by the teacher and attached to the application for funding
• the acceptance letter from the host structure, if any.

You are authorized to start the activity only after completing the procedure and receiving the confirmation email.

N.B. For internships activated through UniTrento it is not necessary to fill in this apply.
